My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were lovely, with a great bathroom and much-needed air-con, making it a pleasure to stay in. The service was outstanding, with extremely helpful and friendly staff providing a quintessential Townsville experience. The location was excellent, central, convenient, and close to the waterfront, offering a perfect tropical breakfast on the back deck with stunning views of Castle Hill. The dining experience was delicious and very filling, especially the fresh, exotic fruits. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few maintenance issues and slightly pricey for the value.
